Directions
Pierce shell of spaghetti squash with knife to allow for ventilation (about 7 times)
Microwave for 8-15 minutes, depending on size of squash.
Halfway through heating, turn squash over to allow for even cooking.
After microwaving, cut squash in half and clean out seeds. Use fork to ruffle the flesh of the squash.
Pour your favorite marinara sauce of top. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Serve immediately.
