Ingredients:
2 Cups Ricotta cheese
3 Tbsp minced scallions, white and green parts (2 scallions)
1 Tbsp each minced fresh organo, basil, flatleaf parsley, sorrel, arugula
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Bellafina Baby Bell Peppers, cored, seeded, cut in half
Directions:
Combine ricotta and herbs. Season to taste with salt and pepper, set aside. Fill each Bellafina Baby Bell Pepper with about 3 tablespoons of herb ricotta micxture. Portions will vary pending size of peppers.
