Serrano Peppers are a variety of chili pepper that typically register between 10,000 and 25,000 heat units on the Scoville Scale, and have a fiery and sharp flavor.

Similar in appearance to Jalapeno Peppers, Serrano’s are typically slender and pointy. When unripe, they are green in color, but will turn red, orange or yellow as they ripen.
