California’s central valley, poetically referred to as “the greatest garden in the world,” is Baloian Farms’ original home base. Located in Fresno, in the heart of that fertile valley between the coastal mountains and the Sierra Nevada range, our long tradition of growing fruits and vegetables began and still flourishes. Over time our growing regions have spread to the California coast (perfect for peppers), Bakersfield, the Coachella Valley in the southern part of the state, and as far as Chile where conditions are perfect for our flat, sweet Red Onions.
